Members Services & Payment Information Sign Up & Registration Process 1. How do I join the Earn United Affiliate Program? After reading and agreeing to our "Terms & Conditions", simply register for a free account on our signup page. Approval of your application will allow you to access our members pages and be able to promote one or more clients under one affiliate account. There is no need to sign up for each client. Once your affiliate application has been approved, you can then login and access the marketing materials you will need ['Marketing Tools'] to advertise each gaming client's brands, with your affiliate links already embedded. After you've selected your materials, you can display the ads from our client's brands on your website and begin referring customers to their websites. Once these ads have been displayed on your site and linked appropriately, we will begin to track the activity of any players directed from your websites. 2. Is there any cost associated with joining the Earn United Affiliate Program? Earn United membership and participation is completely free. 3. If I have more than one website, do I have to register each one separately? No, there is no need for you to sign up for each website. You can list all of your websites within the sign up form. If you wish to track the performance of each website, you will be able to track those separately by creating a separate campaign for each. You will have access to this tool within the member pages after your sign up application has been approved. 4. How long will it take to get my application approved? The sign up approval process is immediate. You will receive a confirmation email with your affiliate ID which identifies your account when you contact our customer support. 5. Members Services & Payment Information 1. How do I promote your client's brands? Simply login at www.earnunited.com and select "Marketing Tools" and select the marketing material[s] of your choice. Then, copy and paste the code that we provide you for the specific marketing tool. Earn United Affiliate Program hosts all of the marketing material for you. This way, you will be able to see the number of impressions for each piece of creative within the 'Reporting' section of the Earn United member pages. 2. How is a player associated with my affiliate account? After your affiliate account application has been approved, you will be able to login and access the Earn United member pages where you can download your affiliate link for each of our client's brands and obtain marketing material that will assist in your efforts. Each affiliate link contains a unique tracking code based on a default campaign ID. The unique tracking code will allow you to see the number of impressions, clicks, downloads, sign ups, deposits and commissions made by your player referrals. You will need to make sure that you copy and paste the affiliate link exactly as we provide it for you, for each of our client's brands. 3. Can I create different affiliate links for multiple websites [or marketing efforts] under my account to advertise one [or many] of your brands? Yes, you can. You will be able to track each website or marketing effort for a specific brand by creating 'new' [separate] campaigns. 4. How and where can I create a new campaign? To create a new campaign, login and select "Marketing Tools". On the right side of the main screen, enter a new campaign name [this can be a combination of letters and/or numbers] and campaign description, then click the 'New Campaign' button. A new 5-digit campaign will be generated and will be ready for use based on the name you submitted. Track the performance of your new campaign and all existing campaigns, in the "Reporting" section under Campaign Report. 5. Can I promote Earn United's client brands and my own private label casino? Yes, to promote your own private label casino, you must apply at http://www.turnkeygaming.com. 6. How much does it cost to become a Network Partner? The Network Partner program is free to join. Simply visit http://www.turnkeygaming.com and submit your application. The approval process requires 12-48 business hours. 7. What is the difference between a Network Partner and a Private Brand? Network Partner casinos advertise their own branded casino website and access a non-branded, 'white label' casino network [software, infrastructure, support, etc] free of charge. The Private Brand program is a stand-alone casino ownership option that is uniquely branded from front-end website to back-end casino software and player communication. Your Affiliate Referral link will be generated and is ready for use. Track the performance of your Sub Affiliates in the "Reporting" section under Sub Affiliate Report. 9. How does the Multi-tier program works? The Multi-tier program is another commission structure that allows you to earn revenues by referring other webmasters and affiliates like you to the Earn United Affiliate Program. Your commissions will need to reach a minimum of $100 at the end of the month before a payment is processed. If your account has reached an amount less than $100, this will be carried over for the following month, and will be done so until the minimum level is reached. 11. How often will I get paid? You will receive commissions every month (calendar month) where payments are made no later than the 15th of the following month. NETeller and PaySpark payments are issued within the first 3 business days of the month. The payment schedule below outlines the typical payment method delivery time of your earnings AFTER the payment has been executed. If you don't receive commissions on the following schedule, please contact payments@earnunited.com for more details.
Access the members' area after you have logged in to the Earn United site and click on "Edit Account" page located along the top menu. You may edit any field as needed. 13. How do I check my statistics to find out how much I've earned? To view your current affiliate account performance, please login. Your stats will be displayed under the "Reporting" section on the menu bar. Please review the purpose of each report before selecting: Campaign Report - Reports the traffic and revenue performance of every campaign created in your membership history. Player Report - Reports referral activity and identifies geographic territory for individual players. Inactive accounts not included. Sub Affiliate Report - Reprots total number of affiliate referrals by tier, reports the revenue generated from each tier, and totals your account earnings from affiliate referals. Earnings Report - Provides historic earnings and payment information, including accout adjustments and payment details. 14. How often are my statistics updated? Impressions and clicks stats are updated every 15 minutes. All other statistics update every 24 hours at approximately 3:00pm EST/-5 GMT. 15. I forgot my User Name and/or Account Number. How do I get it? In this case, please click on the "Forgot Password" link next to the login at the top of the page. If you still are experiencing any access issues, please email us at support@earnunited.com and we'll be happy to assist you. Please recall that your Username for our new system is also your registered email address. 16. I'd like to play with one or more of Earn United's client brands to evaluate what I'm advertising. Can I do this for free? You sure can. In fact, we encourage you to do so that you can familiarize yourself with each of the participating client's brands and their software platform. Simply visit the website, download/install the free software, register a fun account and start playing! 17. Does Earn United have a spam policy in place? We want to foster a responsible advertising environment on the Internet. Earn United does not accept spam or spammers under any circumstances. If any affiliate is found to be using spam to market any of the participating client brands within the Earn United Affiliate Program, they will have their account closed and be removed from the program immediately.
